If you are going to mod a 2/3/4 drawer unit do yourself a HUGE favor and GET THESE! Removing the rails with a screwdriver or pick is a pain, and you run the risk of cracking the black lid. I just chucked up a drill bit slightly smaller than the hole and drilled the retention tooth off of the stock rail cap.
The new Packible rail caps installed with a nice friction fit. The dimensional accuracy in this 3d printed part was great.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Incredible products from an incredible company. Customer service to the meticulous packing was top notched. Changed my Packout set up big time!!!! I keep looking to see what else I can purchase from them.

Great bit of kit , makes it more easy to add parts now,

These make it much easier to remove and reinstall the Packout rails. The second time you have to do it, you're very grateful you made the investment.

Worked great…just what I needed!

10X better than any other way. This is a must have for anyone with packout rails.

I originally purchased 5 sets of these on Jan 7th 2024. When I received them, the screws from ALL of my Milwaukee packout boxes I purchased Nov 2023, did not fit inside the rail cap holes. Contacting packible was difficult as whatever information I had typed into the chat would disappear. I finally was able to get through after I found the email address.
Packible then sent replacements; however, the first shipment I only received one set. I reached out again. The second shipment I received only 3, and then finally had to reach out again and the last shipment contained the last set. While I understand that errors can be made, this seemed like a lot of errors. It is now the week of April 12, 2024, nearly 3 months after I placed the initial order for our small business. I have been trying to set up the packout system to work for our business for 5 months now.
When adding modifications I had ordered back in December, some of the rail caps ended up sheering from hardly any force. The two parts ended up stuck inside the rail. I fear the printed rail caps may just not be strong enough and I will probably have to figure out a stronger solution for the long term.

This is a great product. One piece of advice, though. I found it tedious to remove the rails using the screwdriver method shown in the Packible video. It was far easier, and faster, to just grind the locking tabs off the original rail caps with a Dremel.

Rail cap replacements turned out to work perfectly.

These are a must if you are going to do anything that will involve taking the support bars off.
Carlos M.
Screws strip easily. Ended up using original caps

This is how Milwaukee should have made the rail ends in the first place. Works great.
Kevin J.
Wish I had them when I put the Joey jr’s on my first drawer setup!!!

These make modding the pack out much easier
Jordan
Exactly as described!
Jim M.
So much easier than the factory parts. Make it so easy to change options.

These rail inserts are very well made, even better than factory, they make removing the rails on the Milwaukee drawer units very easy.
This is. As must have product if you own any of the Milwaukee drawer units.
I have now purchased (3) kits for all my units.
I very happy with this product and with Packable Company..
Mike C.
Fit perfectly. Much easier now to install mods!
Dale
Perfect fit, this is a must have conversion, stainless hardware.
John D.
Absolutely perfect! The fit an finish is unmatched. The hair dryer really helped soften the plastic allowing me to pop the rails out with ease.
Leon B.
The rail caps fit perfectly and increase the strength of the joint at the side rail and the top of the 2 and 3 drawer Packout pieces.

Works great, they really should have been built this way to begin with for what the pack out cost but glad someone is picking up their slack. Easy install and no worries about breaking a $150 plastic drawer unit. Well done! Great products!!

Let the Packout unit you are working on sit in the house for awhile if the temperature is below 72, and let the plstic warm up to room temperature. Stop at the Dollar Store and pickup a tube of super glue just in case. The plastic top gets brittle and will crack when you are removing the old tabs, if the unit has not been allowed to warm up. The super glue is a quick fix, but I wished it hadn't happened at all. The black vinyl top, when you are prying it away to release the tab, will discolor a bit. This is how you know it is close to breaking.

Fantastic! Idk why milwaukee didn't do this In the first place..thanks for the skittles!
Bryce C.
These rail caps make removing the rails to add accessories so much easier. I didn’t even try to fight prying the old ones out I just drilled them and swapped these new ones on. Such a breeze to install that way
