It doesn’t quite work the way I’d like it to work. I’m using it to mount a crate but I’m having to mount the crate on the top portion on the Joey in order for my rolling box to open while the crate is mounted. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to open my rolling box having the crate mounted to insert (bottom) portion of the joey.

Works way better than I thought it would. You can definitely load up the front and it won't feel much heavier. You do have to be careful of the placement on the rolling chest so it doesn't interfere with the latches

Great product as usual, however, if mounted on the front bottom box/dolly piece (48-22-8426), and you have the 2 or 3 drawers (48-22-8443 & 48-22-8442)mounted directly to it you will not be able to access the bottom drawer without removing whatever is mounted on the joey..crate (48-22-8440) may be an exception.but I didn't have one to try out. I instead use min on the back side of my top three drawer. It also adds a great amount of stability to the three drawers in my opinion.

The Packible Joey is key item that turns my Packout stack into a one trip solution.
Installation was very easy.
With the Joey I can attach my crate on the front of my Packout and makes it so that I can fasten my ladder to the front of my stack.
No more taking several trips to get my gear to my work site.
And as I work in large medical facilities that makes me far more efficient.

Absolutely love what this does for me. In the photo there are tools in the crate and that’s how it will dit day in / day out. My business is high purity water systems, and we bring a lot of consumables in and out of customers; hospitals, labs, industries etc. Now my tall consumables will sit in the crate on the front and my tools can ride on the original stack. Sometimes I might exceed the 50lb limit but I’ll ratchet strap them tight so the load will be transferred a fair bit. Absolutely stoked. Also, amazing consumer experience - thanks for the Skittles!

I'm a Painter. I Set up othe Joey on the back of my two drawer box, on a rolling stack that I have dedicated to sanding. I can now hang a crate off the back of the stack as a dedicated place to set down paint tools/rags/ caulking gun while I'm moving around working inside a home. Installation was easy, my two year old daughter even helped.

I have several Packable products. Each of them is very well thought out, meticulously crafted, and makes my life onsite just a little bit easier. Of all their innovations, the Joey is the most impactful to daily use. The fit and finish is excellent. The strength and amount of weight it can hold reduces the number of trips made to the trailer, making for a faster job, leading to higher profits. In one job, this pays for itself. Makes the rest of the packout look like cheap garbage in comparison. Really surprised with the stiffness once it's fitted on the rails, solid and clean. Would like to see a future iteration where the rail hardware almost dovetails into the mounting bracket though

I bought the Joey bracket just after Christmas this year. I took a while to decide if I wanted/ needed it for my packout setup. Hands down one of the greatest parts of my set up. I’ve done the 3d printed stuff and the universal brackets, but nothing seems to compare to the quality of the products packible produces. I work for a small HVAC shop who retrofits furnaces and ACs so this bracket with my packout gets a lot of use. I haul it around in a 26 foot uhaul truck and often it tips over or gets smashed into by the old furnaces I’m tearing out. The bracket has made it months without a scratch. I would recommend this product to every person looking to upgrade their packout system. The only negative about the product was I assumed installation would be more simple. I didn’t have the right size Allen key to install it. It takes to different Allen keys that aren’t included. I think packible would significantly benefit if they were to either add the Allen keys with the hardware kit or change the screws to a torx bit or something more common. However, the product works amazing and it makes trade work much easier with far less trips back to the truck.

The joey works very well and it is very sturdy even though I had my doubts. It does need to be carefully mounted in the correct spot so that way it still holds everything off the ground but doesn't block the latches on the bottom packout.

They Joey is very easy to install (under 5 minutes) tremendously strong and allows one to literally double their carrying capacity on a Rolling Packout. It allows one to add a Packout Tote or four (4) M18 batteries to the front of your Rolling Packout.
