These mounts were EXACTLY the solution I was looking for! The area where I wanted to mount my tote was too small for a ½ width mounting plate.
I picked up some #8 screws, washers, and locknuts and got to drilling. The interlocking features that also double as template spacing made layout painless. Modding one of the mounts to act as a locking pawl was also simple and extremely useful.
Now onto getting the rest placed for hanging my full and half width boxes.
